1. RULES AND REGULATIONS
Leave Rules
In case of any leave, please inform the facilitator in advance. In case, the parents have to take the children within the school hours, written application/verbal information (over phone) has to be submitted at the reception, failing which the child will not be handed over to the parents and will be sent by the usual transport. The child will be handed over only to the person carrying the Guardian I-card.
Rules for Students
- You are expected to be polite, courteous, and respectful and disciplined inside and outside the school.
- Take good care of your books, stationary, uniform and all personal belonging.
- Neatness and cleanliness is important.
- Be punctual and regular in work habits.
- Be responsible towards school property and others property.
- It is strictly forbidden to through out of place and at anyone.
- Non-Sikh boys should have their hair trimmed at regular intervals. Sikh boys should wear Navy-Blue turbans / mini-turbans as required.
- You must not bring any sharp instrument that could possibly harm anyone in the school.
- The school will not be responsible for loss of books, money and other valuables brought by you to school. However, Every effort will be made to recover the things lost, if reported to the Class Facilitator or the Principal immediately.
Attendance
- All Students must attend school regularly from the first to the last day of school.
- Punctuality in school attendance is necessary.
- A written application to the Class Facilitator is to be made in case of absence from school.
- No student is permitted to leave school during school hours without a valid permission slip from the Principal. The student must bring a letter from Parents for permission to leave school, or any other changes in arrival and departure arrangement.
- If a student is afflicted with an infectious disease, completion of the quarantine period is necessary. A medical fitness certificate must be submitted when the student returns to school.

2. Admissions
- Registration opens from December onwards. Registration carries no guarantee of admission.
- Child should be 3+ years for Nursery and 4+ years for LKG as on 31st March 2026.
- New admissions are made from class Nursery. Admission is finalized on the basis of point system of the student.
- The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student in case of there are any irregularity in the documents submitted by the parents.
- Admission to other classes will depend on availability of seat and competence of the student in the admission test. A transfer certificate from the previous recognized school attended must be attached once admission is confirmed.
- All required documents should be given at the time of admission.
3. FEES AND WITHDRAWAL
Payment of Fees
- The monthly fees is payable by 10th of every month. Late fee fine @ Rs.1/- per day will be charged on fee payment from 11th to 30th of the first month and after that Rs. 50/- per month will be charged.
- Failure to pay this fee by 30th of the second month will render the student’s name liable to be struck off the rolls. Readmission will be granted at the discretion of the management after the payment of re-admission fee in addition to fee and fine.
Withdrawals
- If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to submit an application for the same.
- The school follows monthly system of fee collection as such at the time of submission of students withdrawal application fee demand will issued towards the students are to be cleared.
4. Parents / Guardians
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing punctuality, regularity and discipline. Please see that your ward participates in the school activities and is systematic in doing assignments.
- Parents are requested to go through the pages of school diary for further information and School rules.
- As the medium of instruction in the school is English, it is desirable that a certain amount of English conversation is encouraged at home also.
- Parent Teacher meetings should be attended regularly as per schedule given in the school diary in order to keep in touch with the teachers. The school administration will take a serious view of the parents absenting themselves from such meetings.
- No pupil should be sent to school if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease.
- Parents are requested to intimate any changes in address or phone number to the school office immediately.
- If you have any legitimate complaint or you want to discuss anything related to your child, please feel free to contact the Principal during visiting hours.
5. ASR FELLOWSHIP AWARD
To ensure that the school children achieve their academic excellence and strive for that little extra. An annual event took place its shape in the year 2025 as ASR (Anand Singh Routela) fellowship Exam. One meritorious child from each class is given a Gold medal and a Certificate of Merit.

7. STUDENT COUNSIL
Students Council
House system is a service-cum-training organization. The school has four houses namely Aravali [Red ] House, Shivalik [Yellow] House and Himalaya [Blue] House and Nilgiri (Green) House. All the houses are named after the mountain ranges which represent the significant of elevation and steep, rugged terrain that create challenging ecosystem and climate distinct from surrounding. The saying “It’s not the mountain conquer, but ourselves.” Highlights that the true valueof both the climb and student life lies in the journey of itself-the wisdom gained, the strength developed, and the person one becomes along the way.
Its aims are:
- To promote the welfare of students.
- To promote a better student-teacher relationship.
- To impart citizenship training.
- To encourage self-discipline.
- To arouse greater school spirit.
- To impart training in the skills of management and leadership.
The houses perform the following duties in rotation:
- Manage the morning assembly.
- Write news and a thought for the day.
- Explain the thought in a small speech in the assembly.
- Check the late corners.
- Help to maintain order during recess.
- Look after the general cleanliness.
- Check the student’s uniform.
Organize, conduct and arrange different activities as per activities schedule.
